# Quote settling a position

What settling a position now pays each side and the builder. Any position can be settled by anyone once its window's last epoch is recorded. No body.

## Parameters

## Responses

### 200: Quote for the settlement

`DFSettleQuote`

- `boxId` (string, required)
- `refund` (boolean, required): Whether the window has left the accumulator, so each side gets its margin back.
- `records` (boolean, required): Whether the settlement also records the current epoch, which adds 5 LIT to the reward.
- `owedLong` (string, required)
- `owedShort` (string, required)
- `rewardLit` (string, required): LIT base units this wallet receives for building the settlement.
- `networkFee` (string, required)

### 404: No unspent position has that id.

### 422: The window's last epoch is not recorded yet, or no accumulator is deployed.
